• ? Do I need Wi-Fi to play? +

  No. All games are pre-installed so you can play anywhere, anytime — even offline.

• ⏱ How long does the battery last? +

  Up to 8–10 hours per charge (usage dependent). Recharges in about ~2 hours with the included USB-C cable.

• ⚙️ How well do the games run? +

  Powered by a quad-core chipset for smooth, responsive gameplay. Most titles run great out of the box; a few advanced games may benefit from minor setting tweaks.

• 🎮 What systems are included? +

  A wide range of retro platforms: classic 8-bit & 16-bit consoles, beloved ’90s handhelds, legendary arcade titles, and early 3D systems from the ’90s and 2000s.

• 💾 Does it come with a memory card? +

  Yes — every Retro Labs® Play includes a microSD card with 15,000+ classics & favorites pre-loaded. You can upgrade the card anytime.

• 💾 Can I save my progress? +

  Absolutely. Use save states and in-game saves to pick up right where you left off.

• 🚚 How do you ship, and how long does it take? +

  We ship worldwide. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 5–12 business days depending on destination.

  We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging and a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at info@theretrolabs.com for assistance.

• 🌍 Will I have to pay customs or import taxes? +

  Some countries may charge duties or VAT at delivery. These fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can also extend delivery times.

• 🕹️ Can I connect external controllers or headphones? +

  Yes. Compatible Bluetooth controllers and Bluetooth/wired headphones work great. For best results, pair one device at a time during setup.
